Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return most items within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Items must have all original tags and labels attached.
- Original packaging must be intact.
- Hygiene-sensitive items (like innerwear) cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please note:
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after the item reaches our warehouse.
- For online payments, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery, the refund will be credited to your bank account via UPI or Bank Transfer.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please log in to your account, go to 'My Orders', select the item you wish to return, and follow the instructions. Alternatively, you can contact our support team at jonny@kidsbazaar.com.
